In commemoration of the 700th year anniversary of Sheikh Safi al-Din Ardabili, seminar by prof Seyyed Hossein Nasr hosted by LAIS in London, 17th of Nov. 2014.

In commemoration of the 700^th anniversary of the master of gnostics and the founder of the Safaviyah Sufi order Sheikh Safi al-Din Ardabili, London Academy of Iranian Studies (LAIS) will host a seminar by the eminent scholar Prof Seyyed Hossein Nasr, titled Islamic Spirituality and the Needs of Humanity Today, on Monday 17^th of November 2014.

This seminar is held by the London Academy of Iranian Studies (LAIS) in conjunction with the Muslim Student Council (MSC) and Imperial College Ahlulbayt Society.

The seminar will be held at Clore Lecture Theatre, Queen’s Gate, Imperial College London, SW72AZ, on the 17^th of November 2014 at 1900. Doors will close at 1845.
